1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within seven (7) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Standard Shipping: $7.00 or “Free over $100.00” - Estimated delivery: 1-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: $25.00
Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days.
International Shipping (if offered): Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
4. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact: penelope@leisurelifeorganics.com within three (3) days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a claim.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping
charges for reshipment.
